On the Association's property directly adjacent to the Community Center (pictured below),
and near the spillway for Meadow Run Lake, there is a fire pit for the annual Bonfires,
which are part of the social calendar several times a year!
In 2016, the Association added a new floating swim platform at the beach near the Meadow Run Lake dam. The dock is for all to enjoy. We ask that parents monitor their children's behavior at all times, since the dock is anchored in water that is approximately 10 feet deep. Diving and unruly behavior while utilizing the floating dock is prohibited.
We hope everyone enjoys this new addition to the recreational equipment added for the use of all of our community members and their families and guests!
The Association would like to remind all residents, in an effort to maintain our Fire Pit area and keep it neat and clean, please DO NOT dump wood and furniture items off at that location. Members wanting the Association to burn clean wood items that they want to get rid of at our organized bonfire functions, shall store the wood at their own residence and bring it over the night of the bonfire. The Association reserves the right to refuse items that are not clean to burn at a social fire, such as heavily painted or particle board type wood products, etc.
Please help us keep this area clean for all to enjoy!
